Set up your account and learn your way around the platform.
What is myAIDA?
myAIDA — your AI-Driven Analyst — is an investment information and education platform for Tanzania, visioned to democratize investing for every Tanzanian and across Africa. It brings live capital-markets data, plain-language explanations, personalised insights, and an investor community together in one place, in both English and Swahili.
Its mission is to inform and to educate: to help you understand the markets and grow as an investor. myAIDA turns raw market data into knowledge you can act on, and surrounds it with learning — from bite-sized explanations to answers to your own questions.
Coverage spans multiple asset classes — listed stocks (including the DSE), bonds, and mutual funds — not a single market. At its heart is AIDA, your AI investment companion that helps you research, plan, and learn.
myAIDA is an information, intelligence, and education platform. It is not a broker and does not execute trades or hold your money — it helps you understand your options and make your own informed decisions.
How do I create an account?
The platform is currently in closed beta. You can request access from the Early Access page, then sign up with Google, Apple, or an email and password.
During sign-up we ask for your phone number and date of birth (you must be at least 13 years old) so we can personalise your experience and comply with local regulations.
- Go to the Early Access page and choose Continue with Google, Continue with Apple, or sign up with email.
- Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when prompted — you only need to do this once.
- Add your phone number and date of birth to finish setting up your profile.
Finding your way around the platform
Your dashboard is the home base. From the main navigation you can reach the markets, companies, bonds, community, and your portfolio. AIDA is always one tap away from the button in the bottom-right corner of any page.
- Market & Companies — live prices, fundamentals, and research across listed companies.
- Bonds & Funds — explore bond offers and track mutual fund performance.
- Insights — AI-detected market signals and what they mean for you.
- Community — discussions, ideas, and questions from other investors.
- Portfolio, Watchlist & Alerts — track what you own or follow, and get notified on the moves that matter.
Ask AIDA your first question
Tap the AIDA button in the bottom-right corner of any page and ask a question in plain English or Swahili. AIDA can help across stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and general investment planning.
Try prompts like "What moved the market today?", "Compare CRDB and NMB", "Explain how bonds work", or "How should I think about diversifying?"
Daily streaks and AIDA Points
Logging in each day builds your streak and earns AIDA Points. Reaching a 7-day streak unlocks a 1.25× points multiplier. Points reward consistent engagement and learning on the platform.
