Terms of Service

myAIDA provides live video streaming, audio spaces, and content recording features. By using these features, you agree to the following:

6.1 Camera & Microphone Access

• Live streaming requires access to your device's camera and/or microphone. You grant this permission through your browser's standard permission prompt.
• You may revoke camera and microphone permissions at any time through your browser or device settings, which immediately terminates media capture.
• myAIDA will never access your camera or microphone without your explicit action to start a broadcast or recording session.

6.2 Recording Consent

• Broadcasters may enable recording of their live streams. When recording is active, all participants and viewers are notified.
• By participating in a recorded stream (as broadcaster, co-host, or interactive participant), you consent to your audio and/or video contributions being recorded and stored.
• Recordings are owned by the broadcaster and may be made available as on-demand content on the platform.
• Viewers who only watch (without contributing audio/video) are not recorded, though their chat messages are stored with the stream.

6.3 Broadcaster Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all content you broadcast, stream, or record through myAIDA.
• You must have the legal right to broadcast any content you share, including music, visuals, and spoken material.
• You must not broadcast content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• You are responsible for informing any individuals appearing in your stream that they are being broadcast and potentially recorded.

The following content is strictly prohibited across all myAIDA features including posts, comments, live streams, audio spaces, and uploaded media:

• Illegal content or promotion of illegal activities
• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Graphic violence or content promoting self-harm
• Deliberate market manipulation, insider trading advice, or fraudulent investment schemes
• Spam, phishing, malware distribution, or social engineering attacks
• Impersonation of other users, public figures, or myAIDA staff
• Content that violates the privacy of others, including sharing personal information without consent
• Unauthorized recording or redistribution of other users' live streams

We reserve the right to immediately terminate live streams, remove content, and suspend or ban accounts that violate these prohibitions, without prior notice.

8.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or broadcast on myAIDA, including videos, audio, live streams, images, and text. By posting content on myAIDA, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the myAIDA service.

8.2 License Scope

This license exists only for as long as your content remains on the platform. When you delete your content or account, this license terminates, subject to reasonable time needed to remove content from backups and content delivery caches (up to 72 hours).

8.3 myAIDA Content

All content provided by myAIDA — including AI-generated insights, market data visualizations, platform design, logos, and software — is owned by AIDA Technologies Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from myAIDA content without our written permission.

• Certain myAIDA features require a paid subscription. Subscription details, pricing, and billing cycles are presented at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive renewal reminder notifications based on your notification preferences.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and governs our collection, use, and protection of your personal data, including data collected through live streaming and media features.

We process your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data, as well as to withdraw consent and object to certain processing activities. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Broadcast prohibited content during a live stream
• Engage in fraudulent activity or market manipulation
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or abuse platform features
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data only as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

In no event shall AIDA Technologies Limited, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the service
• Any content broadcast, uploaded, or transmitted through the service by any user
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
• Technical failures during live streams, including interruptions or quality degradation
• Investment decisions made based on information provided through the platform
